By using the D&S website(s), (dstech1.com. pbx.dstech1.com, pbx2.dstech1.com) or by contacting or requesting information or communication via SMS or MMS messaging you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agreeing to its terms and conditions.

When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.

What Type of Information We Collect
Direct Collection
We may directly collect the following personal information:
- Name (First and Last)
- Phone Number
- Opt-out preferences
- Content of your text message responses to us.
Collection from Web Site
We may collect information from web forms. The information includes:
- Name (preferably first and last)
- Email address
- Zip Code
- Phone number
- Best time to contact
- System Type
We also may collect information via
- Log Files. D&S follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and are a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
- Cookies and Web Beacons. Like any other website, D&S uses “cookies”. These cookies are used to store information including visitors’ preferences, and the pages on the website that the visitor accesses or visits. The information is used to optimize the users’ experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors’ browser type and/or other information.
Automated Collection
We may automatically collect the following information:
- Carrier (i.e., US Cellular, T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T, etc.)
- Country associated with the phone (we do not send international text messages)
- Delivery status
- Error codes indicating why a message was not delivered (e.g. number associated with a landline, unreachable device, etc.)
How This Information Is Used
D&S may use the information we collect to communicate with you regarding:
- General Communications, when a message is received requesting sales, service and or support.
- Request for Support, in response to a web, email or text request for service.
- Updates, to keep you informed of important dates or activities specific to your relationship with D&S such as but not limited to system status and service interruption.
With Whom This Information Is Shared
We do not sell or rent your information. We may, however, share your personal information in limited circumstances, such as with our service partners or external service providers that support D&S.
We require our service providers to keep your personal information secure, and do not allow them to use or share your personal information for any purpose other than providing services on our behalf.
We may also share your personal information when required by law.
What Choices You Can Make About Your Information
- If you wish to unsubscribe from text messages for a campaign, you can reply with “Stop” (Including variations such as STOP or Stop), “Quit”, “Cancel”, “Unsubscribe” or “SPAM” and you will no longer receive messages.
- If you wish to re-subscribe, reply with ‘START’.
- Please note that unsubscribing from text messages from one campaign of D&S customers, it will not unsubscribe you from other campaigns within the D&S PBX system. (i.e., you receive messages from more than one church that is a customer of D&S, removal from one of the churches systems will not remove you from all systems of D&S customers you may receive messages from)
- The accuracy of your contact information is critical for the delivery of text messages. If you wish to update your contact information, contact D&S support at (262) 789-1111 or support@dstech1.com.
How Information Is Secured
Innovative Phone Systems LLC DBA D&S Technologies (D&S) recognizes the importance of maintaining the security of the information it collects and maintains, and we endeavor to protect information from unauthorized access and damage. Innovative Phone Systems LLC DBA D&S Technologies (D&S) strives to ensure reasonable security measures are in place, including physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect your personal information.
Advertising Partners Privacy Policies
Third-party ad servers or ad networks uses technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons that are used in their respective advertisements and links that appear on D&S Technologies, which are sent directly to users’ browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
Note that D&S Technologies has no access to or control over these cookies that are used by third-party advertisers.
Third Party Privacy Policies
D&S Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
